So as one son gets married and the youngest son moves downstairs, that leaves the garret (upstairs area) for the dolls to be relocated!
The Dolls' House cannot stack upright upstairs since the ceiling is angled. But we did the best we could and they have the entire upstairs of our small farm house!
I know that I don't update much, but we've had such a busy summer! Here are the girls and boys at American Girl Rescue ready for this year's school year!
Saige joined us this month. What a fun collection she has:
We had a fun time at the AG Store. We took Saige to the Bistro for lunch and the wait staff gave her something to 'snack on'. After we brought Sam out to join Saige at the table, the waiter then came over with a small metal dish of water and said "a bit of water for your puppy" and sat that in front of Sam! How sweet!
New girls! In early December, 2012, The Today Show had a very special offer for Cécile and Marie-Grace. You could purchase both dolls and both sets of meet accessories for less than the price of one doll! Of course, these sweet girls had to join our family!
Cécile and Marie-Grace hail from New Orleans, LA circa 1853.
We went to the American Girl store in Atlanta last week. Here are a couple of fun photos I took:
These girls are all waiting to be chosen to eat in the Bistro with someone. Aren't they cute?
Funny thing about the Pet who won the 'best in show' -- evidently at AG-Atlanta, Honey is the best pet -- in two different displays!
Honey winning again.
And the newest edition to the Historical dolls -- Julie's new Volkswagen! WOW! What an amazing toy!
